Each Sumi Echo piece is made to order and printed on demand. We don't hold inventory, which means every item is produced specifically for you when you place your order.

We stand behind the quality of our products. If something arrives wrong or damaged, we will make it right.


What we cover

We offer a free replacement or full refund in the following cases:

  • The item arrives damaged or defective
  • The print quality is significantly different from what is shown on the product page
  • You received the wrong item (wrong design, size, or product)

Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Claims submitted after this window may not be eligible.

To process your claim quickly, please include your order number and at least one clear photo showing the issue when you get in touch.


What we don't cover

Because every item is made on demand just for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind or buyer's remorse
  • Incorrect size ordered — please check our size guide carefully before purchasing
  • Minor variations in color due to differences between screen displays and print

How to request a replacement or refund

Simply reach out to us through our contact page and we'll take it from there. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

Once your claim is approved:

  • A replacement will be produced and shipped at no cost to you
  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank

You do not need to return the faulty item.
